Registration SUCCESS

Your registration is confirmed! A confirmation email was just sent to you, and another will be sent 2 weeks before the workshop date. Please check your spam folder for these confirmations as they sometimes get caught there.

Payment

If you are responsible for making payment for registration, please continue to the Payment Page. Please contact us with any questions. Any unpaid seats will be invoiced on the first day of the workshop.

Attendance Policy

• You are expected to attend the entirety of the workshop!

• The workshop content is scaffolded and each day is built on the previous day.  For this reason people cannot join the subsequent days if they missed a day of the workshop.  

• Please communicate with us if you have an extenuating circumstance that pulls you away from any day of the workshop for more than 20 minutes.  The facilitation team will then determine if you are able to continue in the workshop based on the pieces you have missed.

• Should you miss more than 20 minutes of the workshop without speaking with facilitators, you will be asked to return to another workshop at a later time.

Cancellation Policy

• Within two weeks of workshop date: There is no refund.

• Within 30 days of workshop: You can request a 50% refund OR register for a future workshop to apply your fee to. Rescheduling participants must complete the rescheduled workshop within 6 months of their first cancellation. 

• Over 30 days before workshop: You can request a full refund (minus the processing fee, if applicable)

• Seats are transferable within an organization up to the start of the workshop.

WAITLIST

If you registered for a workshop labeled “WAITLIST,” it means the corresponding workshop is currently full. If a spot becomes available in that workshop, an ERACCE employee will contact you directly.
